Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Heather, her husband and two children relocated to the United States in 1998 to start a new life adventure in Macon, GA.

With over three decades of experience in various corporate roles, Heather has acquired a deep understanding of finance, operations, team leadership and customer service.  Her career has been marked by her commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Her passion for working in a team environment has enabled her to excel in various roles throughout her career.

In September 2022, Heather and her husband relocated to Knoxville, TN to join the Triple F team as Facility Administrator overseeing the daily operations and administrative needs of the facility as well as greeting members and guests.

Heather is especially grateful for the opportunity to be working side-by-side with her daughter, Emily and the rest of the Triple F family.
