Meet Your Coach: Britt Maughan

Britt Maughan knows firsthand how powerful the right nutrition can be for performance. As a collegiate rower, she experienced the impact proper fueling and training had on her success, which sparked her passion for nutrition. That passion led her to earn her degree from NYU and become a registered dietitian, beginning her career at Los Angeles County Hospital before pursuing her true calling in sports dietetics.

Over the years, Britt has worked with professional and collegiate athletes across CrossFit, paddle boarding, and triathlons—along with everyday athletes and busy parents who simply want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. She values the one-on-one coaching connection, tailoring every plan to fit her clients’ goals while keeping things realistic and sustainable. Her approach goes beyond meal plans—she focuses on full mind and body wellness, helping athletes manage stress, build muscle, and fuel recovery without giving up the foods they love.

Now based in Tennessee with her husband and three kids, Britt brings her expertise and passion to Triple F Elite Training Sports. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her lifting heavy weights, sipping protein shakes, or enjoying a good donut.
