Sleep, Nutrition, and Sports Medicine are fundamental to mental, physical, and spiritual growth. Student-athletes must commit to recovery, the right way.
Nutrition
- Included in athlete membership:
- Sports Nutrition Packet
- Caloric expenditure/needs calculator
- Recovery shake after each workout
- 8 oz serving (1 per day)
- 20g of carbohydrate
- 10g of protein
- 8 oz serving (1 per day)
Youth
Train like a Pro with Long-Term Athletic Development in a world-class facility by some of the best in the industry! For dedicated athletes age 11-18.
K-5th Grade
Unlimited training on Saturdays and Sundays. Multiple time slots to accommodate busy family schedules and a month to month commitment.
Homeschool
We offer training for homeschool athletes in 6-12th grade. This membership is available September-May only. Sessions are 1 hour on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
