At Triple F Elite Sports Training, our membership-based program is designed to provide young athletes ages 12-18 with professional-level resources and personalized training in a supportive, Christ-centered environment. With a focus on long-term development, our program ensures your child is not just training for today but building the skills and confidence needed for a lifetime of success.
Flexible Schedule
Our before and after school training sessions are 75-90 minutes depending on athlete needs. In each session are multiple coaches designated in the 5 training spaces in our 12,000 sq/ft facility to differentiate training based on age, sport, and ability. Between training sessions, members have the option to relax/study in our lounge, access our fuel station, rejuvenate from sport stress in our recovery corner, schedule treatment with sports med, and access our sport skill trainers who are the best in the community.
Pro-Time hours
We have designated hours 7 days/week when the training areas are open for youth and adult members to do “pro-time”, which is a self-guided time to work on specific areas of development with a trainer on the floor to assist as needed. Similarly to open-gym hours, members will have plenty of resources at their disposal such as pre-made routines, video library of exercises, and the technology and equipment utilized in group sessions.

Training Sessions
- Unlimited sessions according to an individualized training plan to meet each athlete’s developmental needs that accommodates his or her schedule and calendar.
- Convenient sign up for the before and after school sessions through the Triple F app to accommodate your schedule.
- Offseason, Preseason, Inseason, and Postseason accommodations
Assessment
- Standardized assessments to establish and maintain a year-long training plan across 12 athletic qualities.
- 4 total assessments in the year: Initial, August, December, and May.
- Regular consultation with clear expectations on goals and athlete needs.

Pro-Time
- Unlimited access to athlete lounge, locker room, turf, mobility zone, basketball court, outdoor training spaces, and weight room during pro-time hours
Sports Medicine
- Access to the PT room and recovery corner during facility hours.
- Schedule 30 minute treatments with our licensed therapist on site.
- Discounts on 45 minute treatment with Dr. Taylor Comford at Triple F
