Semi-Private personal training

Semi-Private personal training provides the attention and individualization of personal training with the added community and energy provided by a small group. Get all the benefits of personal training without the typical one-on-one price tag.

Training Schedule

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays
    • 7:30 AM – 8:20 AM
    • 9:30 AM – 10:20 AM 
    • 11:30 AM – 12:20 PM
    • 12:30 PM – 1:20 PM
  • 50 Minute Sessions 
  • 2 – 6 people per session

Warm-Up

Prepare your body with intentional movement and mobility work to reduce injury risk and improve performance.

Strength Training

Follow a progressive strength plan tailored to your ability, with adjustments made as you improve.

Circuit / Conditioning

Finish with focused cardio and conditioning designed to build endurance and keep your workouts engaging.

A Program That Evolves With You

Your training is not static.

Each month, the program rotates through key phases to keep you progressing:
Muscle building
Muscle endurance
Max strength

This ensures you continue to improve without plateaus while keeping your training fresh and challenging.

Track Your Progress With Purpose

Every workout is tracked through the Hevy app, available on gym iPads or your phone.

You can log weights, track performance, and clearly see your progress over time.

Need to adjust a movement? No problem.

Regressions and progressions can be made instantly, so your training always matches where you are.

Meet Your Coach: Ben Bostick

Ben is part of the Triple F coaching team, bringing structure, accountability, and real-world experience into every session.

His journey to becoming a trainer was not a straight path. After a serious injury ended scholarship opportunities and a difficult period that followed, Ben rebuilt his life through fitness, discipline, and consistency.

That experience now drives how he coaches.

He works with busy adults who are balancing careers, families, and responsibilities, helping them build a system that fits their life instead of fighting against it.
Ben is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist, with additional certifications in exercise therapy.

His approach is simple and effective.
Focus on consistency.
Build strength over time.
Stay accountable.
