Your Coach: Anna Kirkpatrick, NASM-CPT

Anna Kirkpatrick is more than a trainer—she’s a partner in your journey toward strength, confidence, and lasting health. A Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Exercise Science from Belmont University, Anna combines her academic expertise with real-world experience to create programs that work for your body, mind, and spirit.

Now based in Knoxville, she brings three years of personal training experience and a passion for guiding women toward a faith-centered, healthy, and balanced lifestyle. Anna’s approach blends science-backed strength trainingwith genuine encouragement, ensuring you feel both challenged and supported every step of the way.

She believes fitness isn’t just about building muscle—it’s about cultivating resilience, self-belief, and habits that last a lifetime. Whether you’re learning your first lift or chasing your next PR, Anna will meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.

When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Anna weightlifting, practicing yoga, playing volleyball, dancing, reading, or hiking with her dog, Ringo—living proof that movement can be both powerful and joyful.
