We’re looking forward to the 2025/2026 season and will be hosting two Open House/Gym events ahead of tryouts to welcome families and share everything you need to know.

These sessions are especially helpful for families new to Triple F. You’ll have the chance to tour the gym, meet our coaches and trainers, and hear directly from our leadership team about the club’s mission, vision, and values. If you’re curious about what we offer or have questions about the upcoming season, we strongly encourage you to attend one of these sessions—there’s no need to attend both.

We value transparency and will cover everything from program options and pricing to practice schedules and expectations. There will also be time set aside for Q&A.
